Well, my first two weeks I did not find this forum...and just kept my information in my head and read labels and was not following the diet plan Matt laid out for us...in order to keep what I am doing and lose the weight I need to, I did not want to restrict myself to a point where it drives me crazy into eating badly...this way I'm going I have no cravings, no hunger...and I head downstairs to the gym each night..

I have worked out 10 out of 14 days and loving the process thus far...

Now that I've found this forum thanks to my friend Janice Wilson, I will keep logging my stuff and will keep me even more accountable!
