Breakfast 2 boiled eggs - 1 glass water

10 AM Coffee no sugar 1% Milk

Lunch Salmon and brown Rice with vegetarian fish cake
3 glasses water and small coffee no sugar

Supper: 12 Vegetarian sushi, 4 shrimp, small piece of baked chicken

Running at Pt Pleasant Park 20 minutes
