B = rice crispie cereal .6C; yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries

L = rye bread, extra lean honey ham (1.5 slices); clementine

D = fried clam dinner, strawberry milkshake; chocolate chip cookie

Water = 4 C

Exercise = 18 holes golf, walk ~ 6km

D = tuna (drained can); 1 egg; 1/4 C Italian bread crumbs; garden salad with Rancher's Choice 2 Tbsp; 1/3 Quest bar

Water = 6 C

Exercise = walk 5.7 km

Snack = Almond Nut-Thins, 8; honey vanilla greek yoghurt bar

Water =3C

Exercise = Gin Miller's Step tape, ~50 min.

B = yoghurt with fruit cup

L = banana, 1/2 ; chicken rice soup, .75 Cup; sun-dried tomato turkey wrap, 1/2; almond nut-thins crackers

D = tuna salad plate: tune, 4 oz; hard boiled egg; field greens; mixed vegetables; raspberry poppyseed dressing, 1 Tbsp; blue berries and raspberries, 1/3 Cup

Water = 5 C

Exercise = treadmill walk ~60 min, 3.5 miles
