AM: Gym Workout #1: Heavy-Made 8-10 reps of all exercises

10:30 1 Whole Wheat Wrap
4 Eggs Scrambled
2 Slices Bacon
1/4 Cup Guacamole
1/4 Salsa

12:00 1 scoop Isoflex Chocolate in Water

4:30 1 cup spinach
1 Med. Chicken Breast Baked
2 Tbls. B.V. Dressing
1 Small can (222mls) Coke Zero

7:00 1 Quest Bar
1/3 Cup Walnuts and Sunflour Seads

Did good with water! Very Happy (Something I struggle with!)

Monday May 11th 2015

*Attempting to see how a 14 hour(ish) fast affects my weight loss/energy etc.

9:30- 2 scoops Isoflex Chocolate in water

1:45- 2 Egg Cups (1 Small WW tortilla, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup peppers, 1/2 slice ham, 1 oz cheese)
1 scoop Isoflex Chocolate mixed with 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt

3:00- Cravings got the best of me- One small cranberry muffin

6:30- Ground chicken, 1/2 peppers, 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup zucchini, 2 oz. cheese, taco
seasoning, 1 teaspoon franks red hot
1 small can (222 mls) coke zero

Water 6+ cups

AM Gym Workout #3

7:00- Home-made Turkey Chili (Ground turkey, kidney beans, green/red pepper, carrots, onions, zucchini, spinach)

7:30-Banana, 2 Tabls Walden's Farms Chocolate Sauce, 3 Tabls G. Yoghurt, 1 Tabls Protein Powder

8:00-Petes Salad (Spinach, cucumber, carrots, green onion, red onion, chic peas, small amount of beats, balsamic vinaigrette dressing)
