- 2 hard boiled eggs

12:00pm
- large green salad (field greens, red pepper, cucumber, mushrooms) with 1 teas olive oil
- 4 Oz chicken breast

3:00pm
- 15 almonds

6:00pm
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 1/3 cup brown rice
- grilled asparagus and zucchini

- shake with protein powder, water, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/3 cup strawberries

10:30am
- 15 almonds

1:30pm
- Kale salad
- 3 oz shrimp with minced garlic

3:00pm
- small apple

6:30pm
- 4 oz sole cooked with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and seasonings
- kale salad
- 1 cup grilled peppers and zucchini

45 minute walk

Saturday May 16

8:30am
- scrambled eggs with salsa, one piece toast

afternoon
- veggies and dip

5:00pm
- bbq chicken breast, 1/2 broccoli salad, green salad with homemade dressing

My job is unpredictable at best, ended up going back to work Friday night from 130 am to 730 am. Fell asleep with kids at 730 pm on Sat so missed workout.
