I noticed there is a workout plan laid out in the instructions - would an in-person bootcamp session substitute, or should you do both? Although, I'm guessing if you can do both in one day, you're likely a marvel superhero and don't need this challenge...

hahah you are right in person boot camp yes is great yes. We want 3 "weights" workouts a week which can be what you are doing now, or what we have laid out.
