Myfitness accuracy
Hi Lisa, are you finding it difficult to find accurate nutrition information on MyFitnessPal? Do you search through the data base, or make you're own entries?

I don't find it too difficult, especially if the foods have a check mark (which apparently mean myfitnesspal has verified it's nutritional information is valid). I also use the barcode scanner for things like yogurt or turkey bacon. The rest of the time, I just hope it's accurate
(or if there are multiple similar items, I go through them to see if the nutritional information is at least similar). Are you using it?
