INTRO: Registered for the Transformation Contest and started Monday, Sept 28, 2015. My partner did this a few months ago and she's definitely transformed.
WEEK 1 SUMMARY
DIET - followed very loose guidelines in the "Cost of Getting Lean Guide" and focused on smaller Protein based meals with veggies...and made sure there was some good fat. Did not track in Fitness Pal.
EXERCISE - none....plan to start week 2
RESULTS AFTER 1 WEEK - have lost 5lbs and 2 inches...
THOUGHTS - I have been quite busy with work and volunteering, but a few things have died down after this week. I will have more time to focus on exercise starting next week. Am happy with the weight loss so far, but expect it's a lot of water. I am a big guy (technically obese) but muscular and athletic and I know once exercise starts it will really help.
