Day 1 (January 19th):

Meal 1: 5 oz grass fed chicken and veggies and hot sauce plus 1 TBSP natural PB
Meal 2: 4 oz wild salmon and veggies and hot sauce
Meal 3: 1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/3 cup almonds, 1 tsp stevia
Meal 4: 175g lean grass fed beef, 2 tbsp almond butter, no sugar ketchup, 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt.

Exercise: 10 min jog warm up, 6 sets of citadel hill sprints, 5 min jog cool down
Exercise: At home workout #2 from the guide (no need to go into full detail)
