Monday May 11
Breakfast 7:00: two hard boiled eggs and one scoop protein powder with skim milk
Snack 10:00: mixed berries
Lunch 12:00: plain chicken breast, sliced cucumber, celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes
Snack 2:30: cucumber, celery, carrots, cherry tomatos
Supper 4:30: lean ground beef with celery, tomato and carrot
Snack 6:30 Apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
7:30 bowl of Cheerios with skim milk before the gym
9:00 protein shake with water
Workout: 20 minute run 3.3km

Tuesday May 12
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, one scoop protein powder, one cup skim milk.
Snack: one pear
Lunch: 7 superfood salad kale with pumpkin seeds (no dressing) one boneless chicken breast. Cup of sliced cucumber
Snack: four slices of roast beef
Supper: baked salmon with boiled carrots
Workout number five at the gym
One scoop isoflex protein in water
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled egg whites, one scoop protein powder, one cup skim milk.
Snack: one pear

Snack: half cup cucumber slices. One cup plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of isoflex protein powder and ten blueberries.
Supper (7:30pm) one plain chicken breast with salsa and half an avocado
