pushup alternative?

Hi!
I'm wondering if you can give me a good alternative for push-ups. I will be trying to do the push-ups as best as I can, but I have a problem with my wrist, and push-ups are extremely hard to do with this injury. I still want to be getting the most out of my workouts, and doing an exercise that has a similar benefit/intensity as push-ups, I just know I wont be able to push myself as hard with this particular exercise. Any recommendations?

a flat dumbbell bench press would be your best option as long as it is hard for 15 reps or less!
