I add 500 extra calories on for breastfeeding, right? I don't have much weight to lose, just want to tone up.

Re: breastfeeding
I'm not an expert, but I've breastfed 2 babies and began my weight loss journey (counting calories) while BFing my son. It's extremely important to ensure your calories are not impacted or you will affect your milk supply. I always added an extra 500 calories per day to my 1200 daily calories and I would highly suggest that you do the same. If you're nursing a toddler and/or nursing only 2-3 times a day, drop down to 200-300 calories. I made that change after the 1 year mark.
Good luck. And of course, if you notice and supply issues, please make sure you up those calories!

Re: breastfeeding
Thank you!!! I am going to find it hard to up my calories without upping carbs/fats too much. Any suggestions?
My LO is 4.5 months and eats all the time, so I know my supply may take a bit of a hit.
