L - lettuce with pork chop
D - haddock and lettuce with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Water almost 3 litres
Tuesday, Feb 2nd - B - 2 hard boiled eggs
L - haddock with lettuce with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
D - haddock with lettuce with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Water 4 litres
Wed, Feb 3rd. B - plain Greek yogurt @ cinnamon and almonds
L - haddock with lettuce
D - chicken with lettuce. Water 4 litres
