Belated first entry
I'm starting a little behind the 8 ball as I only found out about the challenge on Saturday. Not much time to get organized, but I've been looking for motivation to get fit again. I'm using MyFitnessPal to keep track of my meals. Some of the nutritional info listed for recipes is way out of wack, but if you're willing to look you can find something in the ballpark of what you're eating. My partner's been sick so I just started the exercise regime. I've done the 1st homework out, and have had two long walks with my dog.
So, day three: Still fat. This may take more time than I originally hoped
Accomplishments so far:
- Cramped aching quads
- Frequent flyer points at the urinal
Seriously, though:
- Already feel less bloated now that I have practically eliminated wheat from my diet.
- Just feel better about finally doing something.
- Seem less fatigued.
Questions: Is anyone else finding it near impossible to achieve less than 30g of carbs?

haha I agree with everything you've said so far about your accomplishments and your seriously thoughs - and I haven't found it too difficult with the carbs, but I think it's 50g not 30g you're allowed this first week
