Feb 2 - food -

Breakfast - one egg, two egg white with veggies
snack - quest bar
Coffee - almond milk
Lunch - tin of tuna, spinach, veggies in a salad. Boathouse Greek yogurt dressing - (1g carbs. 1.5g fat.)
more coffee.

activity - skate at the oval
