Breakfast : smoothie ( kale, spinach , chia seeds, plain Greek yogurt, almond milk)
Lunch : salad ( spinach, cucumber, onion, g. Pepper, chicken , )
Supper : lettuce wrap with xtra lean ground beef with marinara sauce
Snacks: banana , cucumbers, celery
2 litres of water
At home workout #2
