Day 1 (9 MAY 2015) - Here we go!
MEAL 1 - protein shake, fish oil supplement & pro-biotic
MEAL 2 - 4oz chicken breast, raw veggies (plain, no dip/sauces, etc.), tbsp organic coconut oil
MEAL 3 - LG green salad w apple cider vinegar for dressing, 4oz chicken breast, handful cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup almonds, raw veggies
SNACK - 1 cup Greek Yogurt w 1/2 cup strawberries & blueberries, 1/4 cup almonds
SNACK 2 - mixed raw veggies (plain, no dip/sauces, etc.)
DRINKS - water
EXERCISE - HIIT #1 and 4km walk to enjoy this beautiful weather!
Bring on tomorrow!

Pretty much the same as yesterday

EXERCISE - At Home Workout #1 and 20 minutes Circuit Training
