meal one- 1/2 tsp olive oil, 3 tbsp egg whites, 2 sundried tomatoes, 1 tsp crumbled feta, veggies
meal two- 1/3 package yves veggie chicken, 1/3 package shiratake noodles, 1 tsp all natural pb, 1 tsp braggs seasoning, veggies
meal 3- same as meal 2
meal 4- 1/2 cup of carrots, 2 tsp taziki, 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt w/ stevia

warm up- hiked 1/2 a mountain
workout- at gym workout #1 and HIIT #2
