If you are looking for a tasty way to make your haddock or chicken I recommend this! Just make sure it fits in with your carb and fat goals.

Ingredients:
Almond meal (I buy it at the bulk barn might also might be known as almond flour, you can also get it in the grocery stores)
1 egg (depending on how many pieces of fish/meat you are making you might need more)
Garlic (1tsp or whatever you like)
1tsp butter
chicken or fish

Break the egg into a bowl and whisk. Measure out almond meal (I did 1/4 of a cup) and spread out on a plate. Dredge fish or chicken through the egg, then through the almond meal on both sides. Add to frying pan with butter and garlic. Cook on both sides until done. Enjoy. Cool

I made mine last night with 6oz of haddock and not much egg stuck to the fish so I probably only used 1/4 of one egg. So good.
