carb question
Hi,
I was wondering about the carb limit. For this week my Carb limit is 16. I thought I had a low carb yesterday but between my smoothie (11), almonds (5), yogurt (7) which comes to 21 and that is not counting the sweet potatoe and veggies I had through out the day. Any suggestions, I can cut out the smoothie but I am not sure what to eat other that eggs.

Well this week we wanted everyone to eat no meals that carb was the number 1 nutrient so you would want to avoid sweet potatoes. 21g of carbs in a day is completely okay, the idea is to get as close to the number as possible. Have a look at the foods list for other ideas!
