Ahh the weekend. Normally I'd spend Saturday afternoon on the balcony enjoying the view and some fine pilsner or lager. Of course this Saturday I did not. Of course my mind knows that I am committed to this challenge, however my body was still unaware. Imagine the shock it felt when instead of giving it a nice beer, I did home workout #2. Yeah, my body is still sore with me. And just plain sore Smile

Been having fun exploring new / replacement foods. I recommend zucchini 'noodles' instead of pasta. Just cut into thin long pieces (like wide fettuccine) and saute on high heat in olive oil with garlic for 3 - 5 min. I find it takes 1.5 - 2 zucchini per person and three gloves of garlic.

Looking forward to amping up workouts.
