VickieA food and exercise journal

I tracked on my fitness pal for the first few days and then it didn'twrk out much. I will start here tomorrow. So far I have focused on low carbs, higher protein and lots of veg and I am down 7. I am a nursing mom so I have focused more on good nutrition than calories. This week I want to focus more on the fitness plan as well. It is all a bit overwhelming so I am taking this slow.

Tuesday Feb 16

1c Greek yogurt, 1c berries, 1/4 cup nuts

2 tbsp nuts, small apple

Mozzarella, tomato and chickpea salad with greens, 2tbsp lemon tahini sauce

Protein shake

1.5 cup cauliflower soup (water base) with 3 oz tofu, string beans with 1tbsp lemon olive oil

.5 oz 70% choc

We'd February 17

shake with berries with cottage cheese

1/4 c nuts and small apple

Tofu salad with grapes, walnuts and lettuce

Protein shake

Eggplant parm (tofu) with salad and 1 tbsp balsamic vinngrette
