Mostly fasting day
-2 boiled eggs
-1 piece cheddar cheese
-BCAAs

Exercise
-skiing (~5 hours)

Feb 2

Breakfast
2 eggs

Lunch
Stir fry (beef, cauliflower, broccoli, snap peas, carrots, garlic, ginger, chilies, olive oil)
1 piece cheese

Snack
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Light babybel
1/2 quest bar

Supper
Chicken
Fresh salsa
Greek yogurt
Mushrooms
Lettuce
Cheese

Exercise
1 hr boot camp
1 hr hockey
