Feb 2 (Tuesday) - 7km run (50 minutes) (it was slow)
Feb 1 (Monday) - Boot camp and 30 min walk
Jan 31 (Sunday) - NOTHING

Feb 5, 6, 7, 8

I was crippled by a nasty head cold that had me running to the fridge. Exercise was not happening, but lots of eating was had. Not letting this ruin things.

Feb 9 - Tuesday

Today was my first good work out since my illness.

Started the morning off right with 70 minutes of shovelling the driveway, followed by a 40 min yoga workout and then finally an awesome Boot Camp workout, where I heeded to Mitch's request to "Please lift heavier weights."

I'm feeling awesome

No exercise today. Coughing from residual head cold is frustrating. Boot camp tomorrow though.

Killed it at boot camp this evening. Was very impressed with my mad pushup skills on the bosu. Also went for an hour long walk in the afternoon.

12 hours of nursing on a very busy Surgical/Medicine floor.

Enough said for physical activity. Also took the stairs to my floor (8th).

Feb 16 - Tuesday

Wicked bootcamp workout this afternoon before night shift. I also had a bunch of errands to run around Halifax, and I walked there, which was lovely. And I always take the stairs to my floor at work, (8th floor, 16 staircases).

Nothing. How pathetic. I am going to try to get some workouts done in the basement between workout days. I have a guide with things to do for a good sweat, I have the time and I have the space... Just not the drive.
