**My Nutrition Journal is on**

Week 3 (recording my food in my journal on
Mon, Feb 15 - at home workout #4.  completed it:-)
Tues, Feb 16 - Treadmill HIIT training for 35 min (reached fitbit goal of 10,000 steps)

Week 2 was bust, wasn't able to workout, tried to eat properly but with my work demands and made it impossible to get home anytime before 10pm.

Feb 3 - Workout #2 as per the workout guide.

Week 1, Day 1 - Mon, Feb 1
8:30am - 3 eggs w veggies & coffee with a little milk
11:30 - protein shake w/water
2 - 5 oz poached chicken, spinich, cuc, peppers and 2 tbsb Lighthouse dressing
6 - baked chicken, steamed veggies & a little butter

Day 1 Work out as per the workout guide
Note:  Didn't eat enough calories, but yet I was full.
