march 4 2016 - 60 min HITT1 on stair climber and some body weight exercises and rolling the hip

March 6 2016 - skating with kids for 1 hour and swimming laps for 20 minutes after playing in pool with them for 45 minutes

March 7th - 1 hour body pump class, and 30 minutes HIIT 1 on stair climber class and a 45 minute brisk walk.

March 8th - 30 minute HIIT2 on elliptical and then a 60 min body combat class and also 60 minute walk
