Feb 1 2016 HIIT 1 on the stair climber for 30 minutes ...... much sweat happened Razz

Day 2 feb 2 2016 - HIIT 1 on elliptical, and added squats, sit ups, step-ups, arm weight exercises and yes .... some burpees

Feb 3 - So meant to do long duration cardio.... but got bored 5 min in and switched to HIIT#1..... but still went for 60 minutes

feb 4 2016 - 35 minutes of bootcamp activities ( running, weights, squats, situps, pushups, jumping jcks, ect)

Feb 8th - I fell last week and still recovering so did many body weight exercises at home, situps, squats, free weights hoping to be at cardio ( my fav) soon
