Lisa H's exercise journal

I am logging my food in myfitnesspal but I will be held accountable for my exercise here Smile

Saturday, Jan 30th
30 min walk outside to the gym
30 min elliptical
10 min treadmill @3.5 mph on 8.5% incline
30 min walk home

Sunday, Jan 31st
at home workout #1
25 min wii active routine (fast step aerobics, kickboxing, skipping, island run)

30 minute walk to work... was going to do the at home workout #2 today but still feeling pretty sore from the 1st one, so tomorrow it is Smile

15 min wii active (sparring & kickboxing, fast step aerobics)
30 min walk to work

at home workout #3
30 min walk to work

Looking forward to upping my exercise next week now that I'm not super super sore haha

Myfitness accuracy

Hi Lisa, are you finding it difficult to find accurate nutrition information on MyFitnessPal? Do you search through the data base, or make you're own entries?

Hi Eric!

I don't find it too difficult, especially if the foods have a check mark (which apparently mean myfitnesspal has verified it's nutritional information is valid). I also use the barcode scanner for things like yogurt or turkey bacon. The rest of the time, I just hope it's accurate Smile (or if there are multiple similar items, I go through them to see if the nutritional information is at least similar). Are you using it?

20 min day 2 Wii Active 6 week challenge
15 min Wii Active sparring & step aerobics

35 minutes total ice skating (9 laps.. I'm not good haha)
