Monday, September 28th

Breakfast: Steelcut oats with coconut, sunflower seeds, berries and cinnamon
Snack: 1/4 cup almonds
Lunch: Spinach with peppers, cheese and chicken, with poppy seed dressing
Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Dinner: Chicken with tomatoes, cheese and spinach and edamame

Exercise: Bootcamp
