TanyaWW exercise journal

Today started day great and was hot with a migraine at 10am, went home early. So the exercise planned did not happen, but I was happy with food. Tomorrow the exercise for this program begins, hoping to hit Evolve for my first class there Smile

Day 2 = extra hot and sweaty 5K run Smile so far hoping to do some weight bearing later

Day 3 - 50 minutes elliptical, then a few circuits of weight, sit ups, squats and my hated burpees

Day 4 - ran for 10 min on treadmill and then did a 30 minute body shred class ( squats, burpees, ect) which is like most 45 min bootcamps..... without the stopping Razz

Day 5 - 45 min elliptical and strength training although muscles are yelling at me lol

Day 6 - hit 1 done with 11 intervals on treadmill, then strength sit ups, squats ect Smile body sore but hoping will go away

Day - 7 evolve 8am bootcamp then walked 3 hours with family through orchard and pumpkin fields:D

Day -8 very sore but walked 40 minutes and then did the abs and squat 30 day challenge I started on an app on my ipod

Day 12 - no cardio which is hard for me, thus abs and squats and kettle bell strength exercises done Cool

Day 17 - still really sick but did 60 sit-ups, 75 crunches, 40 leg lifts, and 50 sec plank and the 105 squats...... now back to bed Mad

Day 23 - did hit 1 on stair climber and ran treadmill then did lots of weigh bearing exercises Very Happy yay
