Meal 1
3/4C Greek Yogurt, with 1/3C of Walnuts

Snack
1 Scoop of BCAA and 1 scoop of Greens in water

Meal 2
1 Chicken Breast
Home made all veggie soup, no additives
1T of OPA Greek Yogurt Ceaser

Meal 3
2C of Cauliflower
3 oz of White Fish
1T of Almond Butter

Meal 2
3 cups of green veggies, 1 chicken breast, half beef tenderloin, with OPA Ceaser

Meal 3
1 chicken breast with Dave's hot sauce
spinach, cabbage, carrots, and green beans.
