September 28:

Egg and egg white omelette, lots of veggies, 2 oz daiya cheese

Vega Protein and Green Smoothie with Almond Milk; 4 pieces of bacon

8oz prime rib, baked sweet potato, fried onion, sauteed veggies

3 chocolate chip cookies Sad

Lots of water

12:00 Bootcamp Very Happy

September 29:

2 chocolate chip cookies Sad

4 pieces of bacon

Corn chips and chickpea-cashew salad

1 scotch

2 glasses of wine

Gluten-free pasta, bolognese sauce, green pepper, mushrooms

Lots of water

No official workout, but up and running around all day at work!

**I wasn't able to get to the grocery store over the weekend, so my food intake hasn't followed the guidelines over the first two days. I've mostly made sure that I've actually been eating something. Also, I arranged a drink date before I read the email about no alcohol. Bit of a rough start, but I'm taking the time today to get on track! Thanks, guys!!

Much better day today!

7:30 Bootcamp

2oz fruit smoothie

Black coffee

2 hard boiled eggs

1/4lb lean ground beef w/ 1 tbsp salsa and 2 cups baked veggies

Vega Protein and Greens powder with 500ml almond milk

1 hard boiled egg

So much water! (Approx. 2400ml)
