October 20:
trx triceps/ tricep extension (10lbs)
plank
1 leg dead lift with 15 lb bar
skipping
wall sit with bicep curls (15lb)
pushups (alternated regular and side to side)
45sec/10sec 1 min rest X6

20 minute walk

October 21:

yoga

This workout was planned as HIIT #2.
In the end it was HIIT#2 on a hill
I managed to do 8 full 30 second sprints uphill and then on number 9 I only made it about half way up.  I then returned to the starting point, walked back to halfway, untied my very annoying dogs (one kept barking as I ran past) and then sprinted with the dogs back to the top of the hill.

shoveled dirt 1.5 hours

cardio walk with some jogging intervals 40 minutes

October 26:
frog jumps
stability ball crunches
chest press 15 and 25 lb dumbells
skipping
upright flys 10lb dumbells
bosu v sit

finisher:
bodyweight cardio (1/2)
burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, high knee running
rather than do 8 rounds of 20/10 we did 4 of each due to time constraints

tricep kickbacks 10lb weights
lunge jumps
superman
pushups
step ups (3 levels)
1 leg dead lifts with 15lb bar

finisher
squat 20sec, squat hold 10 sec,  repeated 8 times no breaks
