October 1:
At home workout # 1(block 1 and 2 as perscribed)
plus
forward lunges (10lb dumbbells)
close grip pushups
jumping jacks
sumo squats (25lb dumbbell)
plank
trx chest pulls
each of these 6 exercises done 45 seconds, 10 secs to move, = 1 round 1 min rest X6

I was famished by the time I had lunch, but after I ate I had no real appetite for the rest of the day/evening. I made myself eat something around 7pm, and just had a protein shake at 10pm to bump up the calories and protein. Not sure if I should worry about falling short by a little on the calories? but for today I'm not eating anything else, I'm going to bed!

finisher:

Pushups X15

followed by:
frog jumps/sumo squats (30lb weight)
plank/bridge
bent over rows (1 arm, 15lb)
jumping jacks
forward lunges/backward lunges (2, 25lb weights)
pushups
45secs/10sec, 1 min rest X6
note the exercises where you see / means I did one round of one thing then alternated

1 hour of lawn mowing
