Lisa Craig's Food Journal

Breakfast
1 plain pancake
1 cup cheerios
1 cup Silk Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 med coffee with cream (Tim's)

Just starting so I know this can be better!

Snack
2 mini cucumbers

Lunch
Handful of almonds
Superstore chicken Caesar salad with 1 tbsp. of fat free dressing
547ml bottle of Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea

Snack
PC 0% greek yogurt - coconut

Supper
1/2 banana
Flatout Flatbread with tomato, 3 slices of turkey bacon and 1tsp of Light Miracle Whip
1 cup of Silk Almond unsweetened

Snack
1/2 scoop Isoflex and water

Roast beef sandwich on Kaiser with cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
2 c water

Snack
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
Roasted sunflower seeds

Dinner
Poached salmon
Broccoli and corn

Snack
Sweet potato and harissa dip
pitat

1/2 c unsweetened almond milk

Snack
Isoflex in almond milk

Lunch
1/2 can tuna on fold it Flatout with tomato and spinach with 1 tsp mayo
0% Greek yogurt - lemon

Snack
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter and 1/2 an apple

Dinner
Salad with chicken breast with sweet onion dressing
1/2 potato
1 c unsweetened almond milk
Green tea with lemon and 1 tsp honey

Snack
pita and sweet potato and harissa dip
tofutti fudge treat

6 cups water during the day

  1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  Med Tim's coffee with cream

Home workout #2 (with some improvising)
Snack 1/2 banana

L Foldit with tuna, tomato, spinach and mayo
 1 slice homemade banana loaf

Snack Isoflex with almond milk, 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds

S 1/2 potato, prime rib roast, carrots, peas

5km run

Snack 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

6 cups water

2 peanut butter energy bits (homemade)
1/2 c almond milk

Snack Flatout with Sweet potato and harissa dip
Isoflex and water

8 cups water

B - Isoflex, 1.5 frozen bananas and 1 c almond milk
    Med Tim's coffee with cream

Snack 2 celery stalks with 1.5 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

L Salad with 4 oz chicken and sweet onion dressing

S - BBQ steak, 1/2 c rice, broccoli, corn

Snack - 1/2 protein bar, 1 stick celery, all natural peanut butter

B 2 poached eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 c almond milk,  med Tim's with cream

Snack 1/3 c almonds 2 c water

L 1/2 protein bar, salad, cheese stick, 1 c strawberries

Snack celery and peanut butter

S PC Blue Menu burger (plain, no bun), salad greens, carrot sticks, tomatoes
2 peanut butter energy bites (homemade), 1 c almond milk

Snack 1 tbps PB, 1/2 c plain greek yogurt with cinnamon and 1/2 tsp coconut sugar

8 c water

B Chia, unsweetened cocnut, flax seed meal, cinnamon ("oatmeal"), tsp coconut sugar, 1 cup almond milk, Ice green tea with lemon and 1 tsp agave

Snack roasted sunflower seeds & dried cranberries

L Salad with chicken, sweet onion dressing, banana, handful almonds

Water, blueberries and plain greek yogurt

S Potato, Broccoli, Carrots, Roast Pork
3 homemade cookies, 1 c almond milk

Snack - isoflex in 1 c almond milk

Snack - almonds, isoflex & water
Supper - 1/2 avocado on 2 pc Ezekiel bread, 2 peanut butter bites
Snack - yogurt, blueberries, strawberries

Lunch small salad (greens, tomatoes), roast chicken, 2 mini cucumbers, water

Snack - banana, ice green tea (sweetened with a bit of honey)
           Simply Protein bar

Dinner - roast chicken, potatoes, corn & peas, cashew milk

Snack - cherry tomatoes, handful almonds, water

Lunch Salad with chicken, water

Supper - haddock, corn&peas, basmati rice

Snack - hummus & popcorn chips, cashew milk
