Meal 1: Green Smoothie ( kale, spinach, half an apple, lemon, cilantro), 12 almonds
Meal 2 : 3 Tbs hummus with half a cup of red, orange and yellow peppers, 5 oz baked chicken breast.
Meal 3: half a cup of blueberries, 1 cup of cucumber
Meal 4: 100 g ground lean Turkey stuffed pepper, 1 cup of mixed greens with 1tsp of olive oil and lemon.
45 min brisk walk

Meal 1: 2 beets, 1/2 an apple, 2 carrots, 1 red pepper juice, 10 almonds
Meal 2: 2 poached eggs, hot sauce, mixed green salad, I tsp olive oil, lemon
Meal 3:
Snacks: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup blueberries.
Meal 4: Lean ground turkey stuffed pepper with hot sauce and 1 cup of mixed greens with lemon.

At home workout #1
