Well, the day did not start as planned but tomorrow will! First item was to actually to go buy groceries. But, Matt said to be truthful about what you ate so here it goes, Day 1!

May 9, 2015

Breakfast: 355 ml of water

Lunch @ 12:30 pm: 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, 3 ounces of Chicken, 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables, 355 ml of water

Dinner @ 6 pm: Grilled Beef - 4 oz, pasta salad (left overs in fridge - gone), 355 ml of water

Exercise:

0.5 hour walk

Day 2

Breakfast at 9 am
Dasani - Bottled Water, 8 fl oz    
Pc Blue Menu - Egg White (Fat Free), 0.25 cup (63g) - 2 egg whites    
Tomato - Tomato, 182 g    
Generic - Vinegar - Balsamic, 1 tbsp (16 g)  
Black Diamond - Monterey Jack, 1 " cube (30g)   

Snack 1 at 11 am
Joe's Tasty Travels - roasted almonds, 1/3 cup  

Lunch at 1:30 pm
Cucumber - Peeled, raw, 1 cup, sliced  
Safeway - Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp  
Pc Blue Menu (Cdn) - Chicken Breast Portions, 1 Chicken Breast Portion (125 g)     
Tap Water - Tap Water, 0.5 Liter    

Snack 2 at 3 pm
Apple - Honeycrisp, 5.4 oz  

Dinner = Oh so bad!  Mothers Day with Best Friend - last meal of sin! at 7 pm
President's Choice - Italian Lollipops, 5 Lollipops     
Kabob's - Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Flan, 1 piece (94 grams)     
Tap Water - Tap Water, 0.5 Liter    


Work Out
Cardio - First Time Pushing Myself in a Year - No. 1.  Plus lots of walking today according to my fit bit!  

Very tired but feel great!

Joe's Tasty Travels - roasted almonds, 1/3 cup

Lunch
Homemade - Turkey Burger Patty, 2 patty
Tomato - Tomato, 182 g
Cucumber - Peeled, raw, 1 cup, sliced
Safeway - Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp
Buttercup - Squash, 0.5 Cup mashed
Tap Water - Tap Water, 0.5 Liter
Silver Hills - Squirrley, 1 slice
Earth Balance - Creamy Natural Peanut Butter With Flaxseed, 1 tbsp


Dinner
Scallops - Small Scallops, 10 small
Beets - Raw, 1 cup

Today was hard! Headache and craving sweet!!!!!!!

Work Out At Home No. 1 - Only was able to 50% - excercise is new to me and had to watch the videos to know what to do! But, at least I am feeling I am starting towards a love of sweating!!

Well I can say I like the routine of work! I am able to stay on track and struggled this weekend! Today was weight in day!
