breakfast   1 hard boiled egg
                1/2 cup yogurt
                 1/2 cup strawberries

lunch         6 oz salmon
                1 cup succotash

snack         1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
                 1 beer

exercise      20 min pilates
                 20 minutes weights upper body

water    9 cups
