Sunday, May 10

Breakfast
- 1 whole wheat toast
- 1 egg
- 1 banana

Lunch
- sandwich: 1 whole wheat pita, 1/2 avocado, cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato
- 1 cup skim milk


Dinner
- lean turkey
- 2 serv carrotts
- 1 serving turnip
- 1 cup skim milk

Exercise
- Walk 40 min

Monday, May 11

Breakfast
- 1 cup coffee (w/ small amt skim milk)
- 1 banana

Lunch
- sandwich: 1 whole wheat pita, 1/2 avocado, cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato, red pepper
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- carrot sticks

Supper
- lean turkey
- spinach salad (spinach, mandarin oranges, almonds, tomatoes, olive oil/vinegar)
- 1 based potato

Snack
- 1 serv crispie mini's

Exercise
- 40 min walk
