May 11th
Meal 1: Black Coffee, plain greek yogurt with blueberries.
Meal 2: 2 Eggs, fresh veggie plate (carrots, celery, peppers) Hot sauce on all.


Trying to get understand the forum.

Meal 3: extra lean beef, low sodium tomato juice, garlic, onion and dark red beans. Turned into a soup.

45 min bike ride

Forgot to log yesterday!

May 12th

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, banana, Coffee ( 2 tsp stevia)

Lunch - Homemade vegetable soup (tomato juice, lean ground beef, onion, garlic, pepper, green pepper)

(Home workout #1)

Dinner - 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup cauiflower, 1/2 green pepper, 1/3 cup italian dressing.

Was hungry around 7, and was worried I ate too little today, had 10 almonds for a snack

May 13th

Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, 1/2 cup banana, 3 oz strawberries, 3 oz cantaloupe, 1/2 cup low fat yogurt. Coffee-2 stevia

Lunch - 1 cup spinach, 1/3 cup carrots, 1/3 cup green peppers, 1/3 cup itailan dressing.

Snack - 10 almonds

Dinner - Vegetable soup- Homemade. Apples baked with cinnamon
