Salad (chicken breast, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, low fat cheese, balsamic dressing)

Supper
"Chili" (extra lean ground beef, mushrooms, peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, hot sauce, garlic, chili powder)
Parmesan cheese

Snacks
Low fat cottage cheese
Greek yogourt with stevia

Exercise
30 mins omnikin volleyball
110 minutes mowing my lawn

Mid morning
Turkey patties with extra lean ground turkey, spinach and garlic
1 tbsp chipotle all natural mayonnaise type sauce

Mid afternoon
Chopped chicken salad from subway (veggies, chicken, cheese, Italian dressing)

Cheat
Chicken fingers and sweet potato fries
A few bites of poutine
Some snacks

Exercise
Sole sisters 5km (walk)
