Lemon water, Greens with Anabolic State, Flaxseed oil, Evening Primrose oil

Bootcamp

Anabolic State (during BC)
Vanilla Vega Sport Protein (after BC)

Chocolate cupcake (only ~1tsp frosting - it was gross)

Triple tall soy latte

Chicken breast, caesar salad (romaine, parmesan, yogurt and tofu dressing)

Chinese chilli chicken (242g, meat only)

Double Chocolate Quest bar

Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, 10 raspberries

Double short soy latte

Pork loin (5.7oz), sauerkraut, carrots, tomato, peppers, Jalapeno greek yogurt dip
