4 oz chicken
veggies with homemade salad dressing

snack:
greek yogurt with chocolate stevia and hemp hearts (1T)
chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar

supper:
veggies
trout

exercise:
kettlebell circuit

2 strawberries

exercise:
50 min walk including 10 running intervals

pork tenderloin

greek yogurt with berry stevia and hemp hearts (1T) and 1 teaspoon choc chips

supper:
ground beef
1/2 tomato sauce
