1 egg with little parmesan on 2 small slices of rye with spinach and 1/4 avocado, 1 tsp spread. Light baby bell, small handful of blueberries and blackberries.

2 tbsp hummus, 5 multigrain crackers, 5 organic Mary's crackers

Pork loin chop 150 grams over kale with mushroom, cucumber, carrot and parmesan. 2 tbsp light caesar vinaigrette

Water
7 cups

cookie dough quest bar
2 popcorn rice cakes

can of diet coke

Exercise:
~2 km walk with dog
Soccer coaching
Gym workout #6 - adjusted finisher a bit to squats, 1 leg and 2.

Fruit protein shake, mixed berries, spinach and 1 scoop protein power. 1 cup water
1 slice rye bread with skim of spread and peanut butter

salmon ~3 oz (lemon, dill, parsley, little parmesan), with bbq mixed veggies, 1/2 cup baked sweet potato "fries", tbsp oil, sea salt.

babybell, hummus, 13 organic Mary's crackers

1 1/4 cauliflower soup with light double cheddar cheese on top 1/4 cup

5 cups

1 hour run = 8.5 km

Cup of cauliflower soup with light double cheddar. 1/4 avocado.

Baby bell. 6 rice crackers.
1/3 quest bar

Bbq chicken over Kale salad with veggies. Caesar vinaigrette (2tbsp) 1/4 cups Parmesan.

Big8 diet coke
Coke zero

But - had dinner at a family member's home who didn't know about my food restrictions and I didn't want to be rude.

Scalloped potatoes and ham, green beans and small pillsbury croissant w/ a bit of spread, beats, 2 tbsp apple sauce. Lava cake for dessert with strawberries.

Hummus cup with seeds and chia, 16 almond rice crackers, light baby bell

Water: only about 4 cups

Exercise:
5km run

Fasted till noon.
Light baby bell, kale salad with avocado, bbq chicken 3 oz, 5 almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and a little unsalted sunflower seeds. Mixed veggies.

1/2 brownie quest bar
12 Kettle baked sea salt chips
4 almond nut-thins
light baby bell
1/4 cup grapes

2 small slices of rye, 2 eggs with mixed veggies and some light shredded cheese, 3 slices bacon style turkey, little avocado and kale, traditional spread.

Water:
8 cups

Exercise:
Gym workout #1 - added weights to lunges.

6 crackers, 10 rice crackers, 10 baked chips. Hummus cup with Chia seeds, light baby bell. 2 breakfast cookies

2 pieces Turkey bacon

Spinach
3 very small pieces of rye bread. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cups, salt and pepper. Traditional spread.

10 cups

Exercise
1.5 km run to gym.
Gym workout #4 no finisher but did 1x10 step ups and 1 leg squat
1.5 km run home.
