Rhonda Dallaire's Exercise and Nutrition Journal
Feeling a little lost, but hope I am getting this somewhat together correctly.
Today went as follows:
Breakfast: flour less pancake (2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1/2 banana, cinnamon to taste), coffee ( total 60 mls of 2% milk and Stevia)
Lunch: Qia oatmeal (cinnamon and pumpkin seed, also has chi seeds and ?quinoa, high fiber, high protein, and no sugar), and 1 cup blueberries
Supper: 1/2 cup Broccoli steamed, 1/2 cup califlower steamed (added 1 tsp olive oil margarine and garlic salt), 1/2 cup of quinoa, and 3 oz chicken breast (lightly coated with egg wash, flour, pan fried to seal then finished in oven with vingar mixed sauce)
Snacks: 3/4 cup 2% plain greek yogurt (small amount of stevia added)
working 12 hr night tonight (since this is my first night I'll be up 24 hrs) therefore the after no eating after 8pm rule is hard to apply. I don't usually eat a lot on nights but I adjusted tonights food to be high protein:
I have 1 can tuna fish mixed with 1/4 cup of salsa, 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 cup blueberries. I will also drink coffee with some milk and stevia.
Water intake: 8 cups during day plan for 4 more over night
Exercise: 20 min jogging at about 9.6kph pace and 20 min walking (10.5 min/km pace) total for warmup and down. Also did 25 situps, and 20 pushups
This is recorded in myfitnesspal too.
