Four slices ham, 2 Tbsp Almond butter, apple, 1 cup baby spinach

Sweet Kale veg. Salad, 4 oz grill chicken

3/4 cup 0% plain greek yogurt, 1Tbsp no sugar added wild blueberry jam, 2 Tbsp walnuts

homemade cabbage roll, beef and broccoli, and 2 oz grilled chicken

1 scoop vanilla whey protein in water

By no means a perfect first day but definitely a change from my regular eating (muffins, pasta, etc.)
