Day 1  9 May 2015 (30 Day Isagenix Program) Weight: 204.8

Early Morning: 1 serving of Ionix supreme, 2 glasses of water
Morning - Breakfast: Isalean strawberry supreme shake
Late Morning - Snack: 2 isagenix protein snacks, 1 large apple
Early Afternoon - Lunch: 1 quest bar (choc chip cookie dough)
Mid Afternoon - Snack: Isalean strawberry supreme shake
Evening - Dinner: homemade quiche, side salad w homemade basalmic vinaigrette (2 tablespoons basalmic vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil) caprese salad

Water intake: 12 glasses, 1 cup peppermint tea

Started 1 of 2 day deep cleanse through Isagenix. Cleanse for life, isagenix snacks, ionix and lots and lots of water. So far doing good

Day 3 11 May 15

Weigh in: 197.9 down 1 inch

Started 2nd day of 2 day deep cleanse through Isagenix. Cleanse for life, isagenix snacks, ionix, isadelight and 3 litres of water. I feel great today but it's remarkable how much my sense of smell heightened though picking up food at the grocery store lol. All I could smell was rotisserie chicken!! LOL Looking forward to my morning protein shake tomorrow to start the day and a good day of clean eating. Feeling great Smile bounce

Day 4    12 May 15


Meal 1: Isalean dutch chocolate smoothie with half banana and 1 tbsp of all natural chocolate/coconut PB.

Meal 2: 2 rice cakes, 1/3 cup egg whites with seasoning, 1 tbsp guacamole

Meal 3: Isalean strawberry supreme shake

Meal 4: Tuna mixed with 2 tbsp greek yogourt and seasoning

Meal 5: chicken breast, 1/2 cup sweet potatoes drizzled with olive oil and pinch of sea salt, 1 cup green beans

Water intake: 3 litres

Workout: 1hr zumba

Meal 1: Isalean vanilla shake with all natural vanilla extract.

Meal 2: 2 rice cakes with 2 egg whites and 1 tbsp. guacamole

Meal 3: Isalean vanilla shake

Meal 4: 1 banana

Meal 5: 2 cups of stir fry veg with 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/3 cup brown rice, 4 oz chicken loaf

Water intake: 3 litres

Exercise: 55 min walk in morning, 45 min evolve fitness bootcamp

Meal 1: Strawberry supreme isalean shake

Meal 2: 2 rice cakes, 2 egg whites, 1tbsp guacamole

Meal 3: Strawberry supreme isalean shake with 1/3 cup frozen cherry berry blend

Meal 4: 1 banana

Meal 5: 4 oz scallops sautéed in 1 tbsp. butter and fresh garlic, grilled mushrooms with 1/3 cup brown mushrooms, homemade kale coleslaw with 1tbsp sesame dressing

Water intake: 3 litres

Exercise: 55 min morning walk, 1 hour goodlife zumba

Meal 4: 1 banana

Meal 5: Dutch chocolate isalean shake, 1/2 cup mixed fruit

Meal 6: Quest bar

Water intake: 3 litres

Exercise: 55 min walk

Exercise: 45 min brisk walking, 1 hour zumba fitness

Meal 2: 2 rice cakes, hummus, 1/4 cup egg whites

Meal 3: Vanilla bean isalean shake

Meal 4: 1 banana, B UP protein bar

Meal 5: pork chop with seasoning and 1 tsp spicy thai, 1 1/2 cup steamed green beans, 2 baby tomatoes, 3 baby potatoes with 1tbsp greek yogourt and green onion.

Water intake: 10 cups

Exercise: Circuit training. Running stairs, 10 to 1 countdown of jumping jacks, pushups, squats, crunches and skip rope.

Meal 5: Honey Dijon salmon, 2 cups kale salad with cherry tomatoes, dressing: 1 tbsp. olive oil with 2 tbsp. strawberry fig basalmic vinegar, 1/3 cup organic whole wheat linguine.

Water intake: 11 cups

Exercise: 45 min walk, 50 min zumba fitness

Meal 6: Vanilla bean isalean shake with 1/4 apple, cinnamon and natural vanilla.

Water intake: 10 cups

Exercise: 60 min zumba bounce

Meal 2: Frozen "PB cup" (1 cup Greek yogurt with 2 scoops chocolate peanut butter swirl protein powder. 1 tbsp all natural crunchy PB in centre. I love you

Meal 3: Dutch chocolate isalean shake

Meal 4: 1 smores quest bar

Meal 5: 3 homemade chicken loaf balls, kale salad w/chia seeds, feta and vinaigrette, raw mushrooms w/ 2 tbsp hummus

Water intake: 10 cups

Exercise: 1 hour walking.

Meal 3: Strawberry supreme isalean shake

Meal 4: BUP protein bar

Meal 5: half sandwich with chicken, lemon aioli and veggies, 1 scone w 1 tbsp. sugar free mango jelly

Water intake: 2 litres

Exercise: Body weight HIIT (countdown from 7 downwards doing high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, squats, lunges, pushups, running on spot)
60 min of walking

Exercise: 15 min HIIT
