I had a family Mother's Day brunch this morning that's been planned for a few weeks, so I decided to start the nutrition plan right afterwards. Still within my total cals for this day, but my macros are skewed because of that.

Brunch: Belgian waffles with cream and maple syrup; cappucino

Dinner: Mixed green salad w/ poached perch, avocado, tomato, cucumber, oil & vinegar

Snacks: Chicken breast w/ hot sauce; celery w/ rainforest nut butter
