Day 1 (May 9th, 2015):

9:30am - At Home Workout #1, 4 rounds for first group, 3 rounds for second group, 3 rounds for the third group, and finisher.

10:00am - 2:00pm - Gardening/ Landscaping

Breakfast: 2 Egg White Omelette w/ Tomatoes, Portabello Mushrooms, Onions, Green Onions. (200 cals)

Snack: Brookside Dark Chocolate (90 cals)

Lunch/ Supper: Chicken Breast + Salad (200 cals)

Snack: Honeycrisp Apple with 2 tbl. sp. organic cashew butter (250 cals)

Water: 2L
