Finding that for breakfast and lunch it is easier (as I'm half-asleep in the morning) to just have a "standard" meal for each...then try to add some variety for supper.

Tuesday May 19th

HIIT #1 - Running - Completed 8 cycles (up from last week when I could complete only 6).

Stretching.

No changes on the scale this morning since Saturday and I stuck to the plan all weekend (even skipped the traditional Tulip Festival Fudge). Feeling more energetic and my waist is down in inches!

At Home Workout #2 - Wall Sits 1 min???? Legs were burning - even with mini-breaks. Excited to see at the end of 6 weeks what I think when I look back at this post.
